Is it allowed to make an intuitive attack when there are no targets hidden by Smoke or Markers? The requirements seem to say yes but the first two bullets of effects might be 'hidden requirements'. The motivation would be using a long skill instead of a short skill with the goal o a face to face roll instead of a normal roll. http://infinitythewiki.com/en/Intuitive_Attack
If reading the "letter of the law", I would say : - yes you are allowed to - but without a legal target (per first and second bullet points of the effect) you cannot shoot so you would perform iddle instead So my final answer would be a no
If you want to be able to score critical hits with sepsitor you must cover your target in smoke first.
Yeah, the two effect bullet points are effectively "hidden requirements". Intuitive Attack won't work if you try to use it when you could have just declared a regular BS Attack. Unlike Speculative Shot, which goes to additional lengths to allow itself to be used in situations where a regular BS Attack would work.
