Hi, I am a new player. I wanted to get cheaply templates (as CB only sells them in scenery pack and 3rd party are almost the same price) so I printed them from their site. After printing I noticed that Explosion circular template is bigger than any other circular template in pdf (it is true IRL and in paint - Explosion one is 12cm, and the rest is 11cm). I dont know where to report such an Issue so I'm writing this post. Looking forward for quick fix. Thanks.

There's an error indeed and I think it was already mentioned somewhere before but I can't find it myself.

if the template has the same diameter as a CD or a DVD, is correct

IIRC that was a general scaling problem, not just with circulars, can anyone confirm/deny if it's [still?] the case? Teardrops are much harder to verify.

From memory, back in the icestorm days, they had the same issues.

The more things change, the less they do.

@Frodos Someone pointed this out to me in another forum a while back where I was working on custom token designs and I checked myself and found a lot of irregularities:

Since then, it looks like most of the issues have been fixed actually. The Silhouette templates are correct at least.
Nonetheless, if you'd like to check out some alt designs for those, I've shared some here.

(they are 600 dpi but even if you printer maxes at 300 dpi it should be able to work at 100% [e.g. NOT fit to page]

As others have mentioned, the correct official size for the circular blast template is 12cm, so CDs work. Also, you don't really need each of the different artworks for the various effects. The blast template itself doesn't stay on the table anyway, and the scatter-direction numbers on the templates are irrelevant (and unsightly) in N4 as far as I know. I use a bit of smoke with my Ariadna list so i just made up some custom smoke templates and printed them up - if you're interested

And here are some custom decompression zone templates (for ITS 12) if you want those.
Note that these and the smoke have a teensy bit of overscan on them for cutting purposes, so you can use an adjustable circle cutter or trace a cd-sized line to manually along.

I printed out and tested the Small and Large Teardrop templates on the N4 pdf and they're essentially correct. As such, I don't have custom versions of those to share.
