I'm just starting to collect Morats, and some models are extremely hard to find. For example, the Sogarats or the Combined Army Remotes. I'd be interested to know if there are any plans to make the miniatures available again, or at least to sell the Kaitok separately to allow to use them as proxys (i wont buy the agression force box multiple times for that...).
That's one of the problems with releasing new armies, like Next Wave, which will now take CA release slots for the foreseeable future. New line of MAF minis is lacking a lot of options, and I expect they'll only get filled when the whole sectorial gets another rework, for which they are the last in line, after Onyx and SEF. In the meantime they might get 1-2 releases to plug the most obvious holes in their lineup, like exactly the Sogarats, another Kaitok, and hell, they miss so much stuff that I'm lost what should be the biggest priority: Vanguard 2 out of 4 options missing Dartok 1/2 Rodok 2/5 Kurgat 2/3 Raktorak 2/3 Yaogat 2/4 Rasyat 2/3 Kyosot 1/2 Rindak 2/3 Suryat 2/4 Kaitok 2/3 Sogarat 2/2 Taryot 2/3 Zerat 3/5 Oznat 1/2 Bottom line is, there might be some release for them, but we have no rumours about that and I wouldn't get my hopes up. Better to try and find someone selling off a Kaitok or two.
I would dare to say that the Dravot Group mining company gives to player proxies for the following: - Dartok - Kurgat (Even with Deployable Cover!) - Kaitok - Any TAG (when you want to field doubles of the same one) - A Tyrok Hunter or Zerat or Krakot Renegade
I was thinking of getting that pack and using Prospector parts to make my own Rindaks, but you're right that he should work well as a Kaitok too.
