I am wondering if the heavy flamer advertised for the new ikadron sculpt is a mistake or the rule have yet to be updated? if it is indeed correct when is the update expected?
Given that the person/people who have been writing these texts lately have proven sufficiently that they have no idea about the game itself, my money is on a mistake in the marketing blurb.
