How work surprise attack vs shooting?

    Can To unit use surprise attack if enemy had lof at marker, then marker went into melee?

    Yes, to get the suprise attack mod you need to attack someone from a marker state which you are doing. it does not matter if they can see your marker as you move into b2b. Obviously ssl2 ignores the Suprise attack mod however.

    And remember you can use surprise attack/shot only during your active turn.

    Avoiding their LoF so they cant BSAtack, only CaC.
