SO my Question is, how does it work in Deployment phase? Do i tell my opponent hey i have a TO Camo unit and i want to deploy it so pls turn around? if so, isnt it then kindo obvious if haqqislam players say that because the only to camo they have is the Tuareg. please let me know how exactly it works and if there is a (legal) possibility to deploy my to camo without alerting my enemy that i have a to camo unit in my army?
What the rulebook specifies for a procedure concerning hidden deployment is this: In your Deployment Phase, write down the position of your Hidden Deployment troopers in as much detail as possible (make sure to specify whether the trooper is in Cover, Prone, etc.) in order to show your opponent when their state is canceled and their position revealed. There are various common alternatives which are practiced my mutual consent, such as taking private pictures of where the models are being deployed. If you follow the instructions in the rulebook, note that if you didn't have any Hidden Deployment troopers in your forces, it would still be necessary to record that fact. If you have concerns relating to steganography, the accidental transmission of secret data by unconscious actions, or other concerns, you should discussion those issues specifically with the other players you will be engaging in activities with.
You should ask your opponent to turn around during your deployment, whether your list has TO or not. I'd suggest the phrase "would you mind turning around in case I have any hidden deployment?" As you pointed out, doing this step only when you actually have TO models reveals hidden information.
Yeah, I get in the habit of asking my opponent to turn around at some point during deployment so I can record private information. Even if I'm playing Ariadna and can't possibly have any TO!
I just take a picture of the table from a high angle and put a red circle on the spot where the hidden deployment figure will be. This gives nothing away because I usually take a pic of the table before games anyway.
In casual games I trust my opponents and they trust me so we work with remembering there we put it and trust each other on our word. In most tournaments that works too but either way talk with the opponent before how they want to handle potential TO. In tournaments they mostly made pictures but personally I never looked at them. So just remembering there you placed the TO is a possibility too
