It doesn't. You're not allowed to attack a Camo Marker, other than by Intuitive Attack or by using a Template Weapon that attacks the Camo Marker as a secondary target if there is something else you can shoot near enough.
when you make an spec fire, you have to declare a valid objective. A camo marker is not a valid one for spec fire (As mahtamori says). If by chance, you can also hit a camo marker when the objective is other trooper (a valid one, and the template must touch it), then be it camo marker or not, is hit anyway
