I want to particapate in the local event. But event has got some limitations lke: "No models with more then 2 wounds, for 1 model with 2 wounds you should take 3 1 wounds" For example I got models from TOHAA Ectros Regiment. That model has 2 different trooper profiles: Active simbiont armore and inactive. Same with Dog-Warriors of Ariadna, who got 1 profile with 1 wound and wounded wolf profile with 2 wounds. How do we count wounds in this type of situations? Should it be counted separatly?
No, they have different profiles but are both a single multi wound model. You have to pick other models with one wound and you can't cheat with this models
You're going to have to ask the Event Organizer (EO). By how other rules work (mainly Shock Ammo), the number of wounds are the sum total of all non-shared wounds on the model; Ectros has 2 and Dog-warriors have 3. Conversely, a model where the wounds are shared such as Mounted Montessa Knight you do not add the wounds together and in this example the answer is 2 wounds. However, I think that the EO means something a bit more strict; * I don't think they want to see any models with 3+ STR (duh) * I don't think they want to see any models with 2 W/STR and NWI (Yu Jing's Su-Jian or Aleph's Ajax as examples) However, if they're playing with Ash' Recon rules, then the above can be answered more easily and I don't think NWI counts as a wound, but that's going from memory.
Ectros has 3 combined wounds too. In Ash's rules, they are not mentioned but there are are RECON+ rules from rocketshipgames.com who setting them equal to 2 wounds.
