(From the rules of Holoecho state https://infinitythewiki.com/Holoecho_State, same in the rule book) Does that mean that Holoechoes can not go up stairs/on top of buildings etc? How does that work, will they "noclip" through them? That seems a bit strange. Does it just mean that they cannot "push buttons" etc.? Happy holidays!
Interact means activating stuff like elevators and forklifts, they can still be in contact with scenery. The word is used basically one other place and that's describing what Hacking Devices can do.
