Help with Themed List: The vets office

We are having a charity ITS in a few months based around raising money for rescue dogs. Mission will be Rescue, Safe Area, and Capture and Protect

I wanted to do a themed list based around the army actually being a vets office/hospital staff but I don't know enough about how those work to make good decisions :(
So far I have the role of ambulance being played by the Maghariba but I'm not sure where to go from there. Any good ideas would be appreciated, or just some discussion to help brainstorming.

Here's a sort of list I was using to help fill roles.

Ambulance = Maghariba
Office manager = Lieutenant
Small Animal Vet =
Large Animal Vet = Janissary Doctor?
Secretary = Hacker?
Receptionist = Some kind of defensive piece
Janitor = aggressive unit for taking out the trash
Orderlies? = Line Infantry



That's what I've got so far, if anyone has any good ideas for roles or models that would fit in a hospital/vet or just be a fun fluffy unit to include, please share!

Also I made a second list that's all dogged; 4 Ragiks, 6 Muyibs, 4 Ghazi. Obviously this is all super serious ;)

 

That's about were I was. Djanzaban are really good but I was thinking something that could go out and walk around like the zhayedan, maybe something that can tap objectives.

Odalisque would make a good receptionist, she is prettier than the Al-Fasid at least :P

The first draft of this idea was just, "can I have only doctors". Turns out you can't, we don't have any doctor lieutenants for some reason.

Large Animal vets tend to go visit their patients, so maybe a tuareg or halqa would work?
