I’m working on White Company for next year. I’ve currently got the models from Kaldstrom, the old Kaplan box, a Nisse Sniper and the Pan O remotes from an existing force... I’m proxying Varangians until the models come out. So, what do I get next? My budget is two boxes and two blisters. My first instinct is the ORC box and the Yu Jing support pack - the former because the HMG is such a good attack piece, the latter because they suit my play style. Are these the right boxes? Am I missing something? For blisters, I’m thinking the Haidao - probably the Hacker as I have a Nisse? But what else? This isn’t for a specific mission, more for a selection of models I can draw on to build different lists for ITS tournaments. I’m curious to hear peoples thoughts.

Haidao sniper I probably the more useful as linked MSV snipers are so great. Hawkwood would seem like a sensible choice too, considering he's Wildcard. CSUs make good link fillers too.
Haidao Sniper, a couple of CSUs, a Peacemaker, and a PanO Booster Pack Alpha are all good choices to consider. While the Booster Pack technically has no WhiteCo units, you can still use Swiss as an Orc HMG, Akali as Tiger, and Croc Man as Karhu Feuerbach. Given that WhiteCo is a mix of PanO and Yu Jing I'd say those proxies will look more natural there than they would anywhere else.
I’d put a guilang blister on the short list. The old combi model holds up well. Ideally the ORC feuerbach would be on the horizon, but that’s in the Varuna starter which is a little less useful, although there are a couple of proxies you could use. For strictly WYSIWYG, I’d personally go for: Haidao sniper Guilang ORC box Peacemaker bot (unless that’s included in your remotes, in which case, get two blisters, the haidao khd and a CSU)
I've gotten all the models for WhiteCo, and proxied the rest. Here is my take: Haidao Sniper blister for sure. I have a hard time not including a fusilier core with that bad boy in there. I guess you got the Liang Kai in your Kaldstrom box? He is an amazing profile in WhiteCo. I personally like the Danavas hacker in my lists together with two Guilang Minelayer. An extra Guilang is almost a must. Lastly we have the man himself. You gotta have Hawkwood ;) What I regret getting the most is the ORC box, I only ever use the HMG ORC, and the kaldstrom box have an amazing model for that.
Hey guys I have similar question. I have all fusiliers, csu proxies, pano support box, 1 jujak, 2 guilang, orcs, 1 brawler proxing as Kaplan, 1 buleteer/peacemaker, 2 old dronbots, liang kai. What should I buy next? 1. Haidao sniper? 2. 1 or 2 Varangians? 3. Box of bigger drones (to work as peacemaker or bulleteer)? Is 1 big bot enough? 4. Shona, Taowu, Hawkwood? 5. With Valerya im waiting for new blister 6. Nokken seems meh and I can get him from kaldstorm from friend maybe. 7. Box of Kaplans? I'm still not sure how many kaplans should go in a list. If i'm playing with one I can proxy with Brawler. Tl;dr should I buy boxes of drones/kaplans or cool looking blisters?
Another thing to think about: Danava and Varangians. I seldom leave home without em, having the option to negate pretty much any ARO presence with a combination of Smoke and White Noise is just too juicy too pass up~ And I'd skip the support box, I really see no use for em in WhiteCo. There's better Engineers and usually a linked Paramedic is better than a Doctor - and where you need it.
Danavas is the only sculpt in the roster that I don't like. She also comes with useless remote. Maybe I'll buy new Naga blister and play him as Danavas. For Varangians I bought 2 Shikamis.
I quite like the Danavas model and was looking to use her as a multi-proxy, maybe I just like the colour palette used for the skin and overall model. But I agree, the remote is an odd choice to include in the blister. But thankfully there's are a lot of options for proxies to suit most :) I don't mind the Varangian models, it would be great to see a USARF themed version as well. But they could have changed up the side by side poses instead of copy/paste once again.
