if my opponent coordinates multiple air drop troops, and I ARO with hack transport aircraft, how does that effect all the air dropping models??

The general rule is that you can only select 1 enemy to ARO against (both Dodge and Reset specifically call out that they're exceptional), and this is what the text implies:

"even without LoF to the target."

"the enemy making a Combat Jump."

That being said it's not 100% clear because Infinity ARO mechanics basically always assume only one enemy is active during an order so default to the singular. Previous discussions with other Shield programs have interpreted them to affect all Hacking attacks made as part of a co-ordinated order (https://forum.corvusbelli.com/index.php?threads/23695/). However, that argument turns on the fact that Shield-2/3 programs do not have a target, whereas HTA does.

From a gameplay perspective, moreover, Coordinated combat jumps are not great tactically so I wouldn't punish them further by making HTA face to face them all.

So: probably the hacker can only FTF one of the ADing troopers not all of them.

There's additional evidence concerning this in the description of Combat Jump:
    Combat Jump and Coordinated Orders

If you declare a Coordinated Order to deploy using AD: Combat Jump, all participants must use the same Drop Zone, but their PH Rolls and possible Dispersions are resolved individually.

    So you have two elements:
    1. All of the troopers performing Combat Jump in a Coordinated Order are resolving their actions individually.
    2. When you ARO against a Coordinated Order, you declare your ARO against one of the troopers.

"Hack the jump ship" sounds like it's something that would affect everyone (if you assume the coordinated order means they're coming in on the same device). But that's not how the rules work.
