Andromeda has d-charges, guardian and MA3, does this mean that it is possible to use the CC mode of d-charges while doing a CC attack in her ZOC using Guardian? and would the CC mode of D-charges also get the CC mods that using MA3 would give?

Though she doesn't get the damage bonus from MA as D-Charges aren't based on PH.

But she does get the extra damage on the d-charge attack from her CC attack +1 damage skill in her profile doesn't she?

There doesn't seem to be any penalty to CC for using D-Charges as a CC Weapon, intentional?
