That's kinda the point. Redrum is the more versatile program. Suckerpunch is (almost) pure ARO. I'd honestly have preferred a +3 ATK -2 DAM to what we got. The issue isn't the damage output, it's that you die to a Surprise Attack / Being attacked through repeaters / being out Bursted and out modded. In ARO a null result is a win. Increasing the Dam but doing nothing about the likelihood of success decreases the null-results but does nothing to increase the survival chances
