The intent of Look Out! feels like the targets are supposed to only be able to change their facing, yet I don't feel this has been explicitly stated in the rules.
So could a trooper performing dodge via look out also go prone if successful?
Look out specifies that the targets are declaring Dodge without displacing with PH-3.
Going prone doesn't actually need you to move, just that you've declared a skill with a movement label which it satisfies.

You can absolutely take your dodge move if you passed the roll and go prone or stand up while doing the move.
This is a significant change, as it allows i.e. to move in quadrants on your opponents turn or stand up ARO pieces depending on your attack piece.

    You absolutely cannot. :-(

Look Out! allows other Troopers to turn around, and to avoid Attacks. That’s all. Nothing else.

No moving, no going Prone, no standing up.

‘to modify their LoF without displacing’
