Flash Pulse max range -?

The rules PDF and the Wiki both show that Flash Pulse (not FO, it has its own separate entry) has a 48"-96" range bracket at -6.

The army builder weapon charts (web and iOS app; I haven't checked Android) show that Flash Pulse maxes out at 48" and can't fire at all in the 48"-96" range band.

Which is correct?

The book/pdf/wiki.

Army has some persistent bugs with regards to range bands.
