Consider a 5-man fusilier core with troopers A, B, C, D and E, where A is the fireteam leader. They are all within coherency. Can you spend a command token + regular order to drop troopers C, D and E into suppressive fire, kicking them all out of the fireteam, but keeping the fireteam 'intact' as trooper A is the leader and didn't do any action that would cancel the fireteam, trooper B didn't get kicked so it's still 2-man. Then, using this rule in the fireteam annex - "◼ If the Fireteam has not been cancelled, then the Troopers who left will automatically be able to rejoin it if they are in Coherency with the Team Leader during the Order Count step of their next Tactical Phase", can you automatically bring them all back into the fireteam at the start of the next turn without spending any command tokens?

Ah thanks, I missed that. Checked 'Coordinated orders' and it only mentioned peripherals and controllers, was looking in the wrong place. It's in the annex PDF too, but I missed it there as well. It seems there's no real order efficient way to get this result then. The only thing I could think of would be kicking them out through coherency check, dropping into suppressive as above, and then moving the fireteam leader back into coherency with another order later on or hoping for a dodge ARO to bring them back in line prior to next active turn.
Simpler version, concerning fireteams and suppressive fire, is: Just don't. For right now, fireteams are deliberately designed to not be a way of putting multiple troopers into suppressive fire, and you'll never be in a fireteam in the Suppression state.
