EVO Hacking Device re-rolls

    One of the abilities of an EVO device is described as follows:

    " An EVO Hacking Device allows players to spend a Command Token to re-roll an unsuccessful WIP roll when declaring the use of a hacking program. "

    Does this mean that this applies to any trooper of that army using a hacking program or only if the trooper with the EVO device uses a program?

    Any trooper, any program, as long as you can spend Command Tokens (so only Active Turn).

    Also keep in mind it's only during the active turn.

    You cannot spend Command Tokens unless it's Strategic Use, EVO "start with one EVO program when going second", or your Active Turn...
