Hi friends, This is an issue I've had with two events now, but a few days before an event is due to start and be reported, my entire roster disappears. Is there a work around for this? I have players I need to add to the roster (new players entering my event) but am unable to do so. Similar question, but new players cannot be found by searching for their ITS Pin? Is there a time delay for them to show up via the search? Edit: should be not showing. dur
