Are their remotes just considered TinBots? I've noticed there are no Nasmats or Yaozaos and I assume there aren't any other national equivalents. Nasmats have an Electric Pulse and, according to the RPG book, TinBots have a 'Stun Attachment' and are "semi-autonomous personal assistance remotes" which sound like the purpose of remotes such as Nasmats and the like. Any thoughts?
I'm not sure if I understant right, but there are Remotes models - and they should be used to play, because they have their statistics, they can be targeted, shot at, destroyer et cetera (unlike Tinbots). They had their own blisters earlier, but now they're packed with the Support boxes usually: And now: Haqqislam support pack: Yu Jing support pack: PozdRawiam / Greetings
For most purposes Tinbots function in a similar enough way to work as Servant Bots (just give the Tinbot a Powered Multitool and/or a Medkit). So they're the cheapest and easiest way to simulate Servant bots. The Zondbot is the direct equivalent, it just happens to be presented in a "Hacker Support" configuration (and shares a lot of the attributes of Nomad Zonds like the Transductor... which makes it confusing). To get a Tech or Medicine config just swap out the HD for a Medkit (with 3 Serum) or a Repair Kit (with 3 Parts). Although the best way to build a Servant Bot is to give a Zondbot KRAB Gauntlets. They're very good, and allows them to provide Hacking support and Tech/Med support in a single REM. If you specifically want a Nasmat then I'd recommend using a Zondbot and modifying it. Swap out the Hacking Device and Repeater for a Medkit with 3 Serum; C+ with Environmental Specialistion: Desert; Arachne Powered with Quantronic Locus; and Zippy Little Thing for "Medtech Optimisation". > Medtech Optimisation: Nasmats have been optimised for supporting Haqqislam Doctors through constant iteration adding 1 Momentum to successful Medicine tests the user makes, whether the Nasmar is assisting or being controlled remotely. You'll probably need to look at the Restriction and Costs as well. It should probably be cheaper than a Zondbot (due to the lack of HD).
Wow, awesome, thank you! This is the info I was looking for. Zondbots are the equivalent of various factions servant bots. perfect!
