Wonderful, here we go with the December pledge. Thank you! Need to do some Ariadna reinforcements for my usual opponent.
Got a bit carried out and forgot to pledge the Blue Wolf (received it Wednesday, struggled to assemble it Thursday, batch primed yesterday and constrast-drybrushed today).
Pledged this last month. The Golden Boy himself, Achilles. Few can pull off a pink power armor like he. (looks better from a distance)
Today's progress Spoiler: More Blue Wolf Also a side by side comparison with Gujia to check how close I can get colors with different tecnics
To my own disappointment I wasn't able manage my 3 yuan yuan in November. I got really close, now I had over a week were I didn't find the time to paint, so I will repledge my three Mercs. Then I will try to get the basic colors on my yu jing miniatures with an Airbrush so they might not be finished but they are a lot... 60 miniatures or so. I will keep you informed as I make progress. :D
Always good to see huge pledge even if it last more than a month. As long as you get the motivation to reach the end, that's the whole point of the thread. Also, once the batch painting part is done, you can refine your pledge to a limited set of mini for this month.
Today's progress. Far from completion but already many things which are a first to me. Spoiler: What don't you understand in BLUE Wolf ? * *Ironically the less blue mini in my army so far.
I call it done even if it's waiting to be varnished. My first (real*) attempt with freehand by the way. Spoiler: More pics *technically, the first one was a red cross on a medibot but I decided it doesn't count.
Finished my Yuan Yuan of my november pledge. I would have made in time if sickness wasn´t a thing. Red Veil Yuan yuan with Tiger Jump pack Yuan Yuan with Chainrifle. Started his life as Borading shotgun Ragik. Yuan yuan, started as beyond Red Veil Fiday just gave him the Jump pack of the Red Veil Yuan Yuan. Next up... Airbrush work. Did a headcount there are 90 minis waiting for paint. When did i assemble them all?
90 ? If all Infinity related (except Defiance KS) I would say that's a lot. If all minis whatever range they belong to, then it's just a few ^^
Yeah, it started out with a mowang and now I own almost every actual existing miniature of the yu jing range... Some boxes like the wu ming even two times because I build the loadouts without a miniature like the multirifle grenadelauncher or combi mines. CBS minis are just too fricking good.
31 CB minis remaining here. Already too much I should say, but the worst part is: it's only 10% of the pile of shame :/
I just have infinity minis. So in the end I might have fewer models left to paint than you. But when we are completely honest: there will never be a moment in time where every mini is painted and no new unfinished models waiting in some drawer hidden away from eyesight :D
Thats with what i started today: Thats how it looked after 3 hours of Airbrush: will continue to work on the blue in the next days. After that it´s again time for brushwork. You see I am motivated.
And that's my December pledge complete... not sure yet what else will find its way on my painting table.
