I read through the rules and it states Comm Equipment, HI, Tags, REM, and vehicles. What has me confused is based on some other forum posts I have read where people talked about weapons being disabled to such as a Combi Rifle. I am wondering if this is the case and if it is, where I could find the list of equipment/weapons affected. Thank you for taking the time to read!

That was in N2. It sadly no longer has that effect on held weapons.

Remember that it also isolates everything that can be Isolated. So technically the list in the original post should be a bit longer

Everything can be isolated, some troops just don't care.

Well, that's a complete 180 of what has been said before and to be frank, completely retarded way of handling it.

I am not aware of anything having been said on the topic prior to that. It is also consistent with CB's logic regarding how states work, to be fair.

I wrote "logical deduction". What you're proposing doesn't make logical sense, but it does make CB sense.

As per the Veteran L1 rule, they're explicitly still in Isolated state, they just ignore the Effects of it. So Hunting Down has been ruled as being an effect.

    No, I mean explicitly.
    • The user ignores all the Isolated state effects (caused by E/M Special Ammunition, the Oblivion Hacking Program, scenario special rules, etc.).
It directly says they're in the Isolated state.

Look, you're picking nits that don't need picking. If it had been explicit I doubt the question would have come up at all.

    Pot, kettle, black? :-(

You're the one that started claiming they're not in the state. Icchan's post covered the situation fully.
