I get the feeling after all these years that Haqqislam as a faction runs very differently from other factions, thought I might give insight into how the faction works and to ask how others do it from a leadership perspective: What is Haqqislam High Command? Haqqislam High Command is a group of 4 individuals nominated and voted on each campaign cycle. The primary High Commanders and the Advisor who steps in if one of the Commanders is unable to vote or speak to an issue. At the beginning of a campaign season, until a new HHC is elected the previous HHC is in an Acting position and usually commands defense of the home territory and begins diplomatic relations. Usually they compile the list of previous faction commanders for use for the next HHC. What are the Swords of Allah? The Swords of Allah are the regular and irregular players in the campaign. Essentially everyone playing Haqqislam is a Sword of Allah. Some will follow the HHC, some will be irregulars and do their own thing. This is expected and planned on. Those who prove themselves loyal Haqqislam players or those who really promote a RP experience, will be asked to join the Swords of the Prophet. What are the Swords of the Prophet? The Swords of the Prophet are a cadre of players who stay together. Sometimes they are given separate orders, sometimes they are tasked with diplomacy, or providing help and campaign guidance. Normally new Swords of the Prophet are inducted AFTER the campaign or in the final days with expectations they will return next year. We have our own Discord we have managed since Wotan and we often times just stick around chatting or giving advice or just being friends. HHC is always a member of the Swords of the Prophet, even if they were not originally. What happens at the start of a campaign? Before the campaign, we gather the Swords of the Prophet to determine who is playing Haqqislam again? Then we create a dedicated channel and start talking shit and reminiscing on campaigns past. We make plans, gather our propaganda, memes, templates for diplomacy, etc. We begin reaching out to our allies to see who is participating and begin diplomacy. Sometimes we begin drafting a narrative (like we did in Asteroid Blues where we decided to be aggressive). When the campaign opens, we will begin a Nomination thread that lasts 48 hours. During that anyone can nominate anyone, or themselves for election. After 48 hours, we create a Voting thread, this thread is open 48 hours. Once voting ends, we have our new HHC. Often times a couple members of the past HHC will decline nomination to provide spots for new blood and new ideas. @Danger Rose is never allowed to decline nomination because Danger Rose is not actually allowed to leave the HHC. Once HHC is installed, and joined in the Discord, they are provided their own 4 person locked channel, where they can begin coming up with their own ideas and plans. Those orders are posted to the forum and Haqqislam starts acting on its narrative. From my perspective it seems like a lot of factions just keep their singular or couple of commanders for forever!
Thank you for these regular Updates on the campaign map. They are much appreciated (at least by me) to give a sense of what has changed when I myself didn't have the time to log in.

Haqqislam has already informed and apologized to its allies for any rogue commanders attending to their own objectives. Do know though that we have very few Haqqislam commanders in or around Cameliard though.
