I'm not sure I understand how dodge work now when use to engage against a moving enemy An enemy trooper start 2.5cm away from my ninja, declare move and end his movement 10 cm away from him The ninja declare dodge and pass How does it end ? Can the ninja end up base to base with the enemy or not ? In N3 the answer was yes as long as the distance was Ok when engage was declared But with N4 I'm not sure
Dodge is now movement that happens at the end of the order. So in Resolution, the Ninja rolls, succeeds, and moves 3" on whatever path you choose (you don't have to decide in advance here she will go). She can move into b2b with anyone she can reach - but she can't reach the active trooper in this example because he's more than 3" away from her.
