Probably a stupid question: If a model is targeted by an enemy hacking or comms attack from outside LOF and ZOC (i.e. through a repeater or sniffer), is the targeted model allowed to declare Dodge, or Change Facing, as an ARO? (For context: the targeted model may wish to declare Dodge if declaring Reset would detonate an enemy mine.) I believe the answer is no, but wanted to confirm.
You can also skip your ARO, of course, so the program runs as a normal test instead of FtF and you don't detonate the mine. Might be a better option if you can remove the mine or the hacker later on.
