We been having a discussion in my area about if the primary target of the SML, if it can dodge the shot or not? As the SML is terminal template not direct template, the other minis that are inside the the circular area can dodge with a -3 to PHI attribute, because they don't know where it come from. But the principal target can dodge?
Any trooper affected by any template can dodge, if they don't have LoF to the attacker then it's at -3.
