I found the answer. Couldn't find the note in the https://infinitythewiki.com/Impersonation_State page as it is currently unavailable on the wiki, but found those lines in the rulebook. "Troopers cannot declare Attacks against Impersonation-1 Markers (IMP-1)." "Troopers cannot declare Attacks against Impersonation-2 Markers (IMP-2), it is required to Discover that Marker first (Discover + Attack maneuver)."
RAW, no you can't, looks like. We'll see how people weigh in. Would the rules about Discover take priority, which only say that you can Discover + Shoot camo markers?
