All of them except for Morans because I use Spektrs and hold out hope for a resculpt some day. This aint the PanO subforum, we love our troops here :P
I'm basicly starting over on Nomads right now... i do bakunin, so, bakunin starter + riot grrls + a box of each kind of remotes + morlocks + uberfallkommando + prowlers + zeroes + healers + both custodiers... and zoe + pi, when they come out.
Jaguar box - Cheap smoke cheerleaders that (usually) don't run at the enemy screaming. Massacre link is also good fun. Intruder - To frolic through the smoke with the Jaguars Morans - aka area denial, the specialist Tomcat box - aka airborne deployment, the specialist Zeroes/Bandits/Prowlers - Dare I say infiltration, the specialist? (My prowler burned away a Cutter's TO tonight and I now love that unit) A boat load of REMs - We've got unique REMs and good hackers, why not lean into that stereotype? Interventors - To ride the REMs into battle An s5 or two - Kriza and SWAST are both fine hammers in an army that doesn't have many. If your local group is chill they can also be proxied as geckos since they're still 40mm base. One of the s7 tags - Because I want an Iguana but can't justify the cost
The Tsyklons and Lunokhods go first. Then I rebuy the Khameel as baggage/EVO bots, the Rebots as S3, and the Dronbots as S3 so I have 8pts models, specialists remotes, and sometimes the TR ones. I got f*ck*d on the Support pack, since I'm using a pinup!Daktari and a YJ!Engineer as my support pack, with the YJ's servitors... Then, Beyond Icestorm and an HMG Intruder, plus the Specops Blister, Carlota Kowalski and the female Bandit. The Geckos, too. Maybe the Jaguars, but not a priority. From Bakunin... f*ck again, I have the old Riots and I like them more than the new ones.Same with the Morlocks. Then, Zeros, Prowlers, Moiras box, Healer nun, Custodiers, f*ck again my guitar HMG sin-eater; new Zoe & Pi Well... Interventor box, Spekter. Essentially, I'm no Corregidor material, but Bakunin with all the tricks can work for me, with Generic as the "this is something I don't have out there".
If I made a small pack it would be Corregidor Starter and Wildcat SWC guys. Gecko Duo. Hellcat HMG/Hacker. Moran Combi. Bandit LSG. Find old Daktari. Tomcat w/ Zondcat unless I was holding out to get the 300 Correg box. Same with McMurrough. Intruder HMG. Second wave would be old Alguacil MSR and Nomad starter. Vortex for 5th Alguacil (I like the bald head). Jaguars. Hellcat BSG. Iguana if I could. ALEPH spec-op for Lupe.
Hard to tell. If I had to enter nomads again I would start by the operation and beyond icestorm with a friend to split it. After that, zeros, tomcats, zonds remotes, szalamander and one warband box. And after all that... All the other faction miniatures.
I'd start with buying whatever was going second hand and then expanding from there. I'd probably build out Starco first before going back to Bakunin. Wildcats would annoy me the most: I've converted the Spitfire Wildcat into a BSG and a not-dancing Spitfire.
