Yes I have but it would be a pain to have figures in the area dice are going to come down to. But I'd still do it.
Zen Terrain has one of these for years. Never used it personally so can't tell. That one doesn't look too usable since dice area is covered by landing pad. Oh, and antenocitis has that thing Personally I'd say dice tower with a dice tray on the side of the table is much better since there always tend to be some trooper on the way or too much terrain to roll properly.
