On the main site it states that the Desperados won't be available after the end of December. Has anyone seen any info on what's going on? Will they still be usable in lists? I figure a resculpt, but they are actually great looking models that don't look dated at all.
Yes, the rules will remain, as will all of USARF, however, they are ending production of them for a while, which is something CB does from time to time. They will probably not get any new sculpts anytime soon, but they might in the future if CB decides to revisit USARF, although it may be possible they go for CHA or MRRF before that. MRRF are already all out of production, but are still playable (although MRRF players may disagree), and CHA are also having most of their units go OOP.
Why would they become unusuable in lists? Models go OOP all the time. Could be a re-sculpt or they could just be cleaning up SKUs, neither is going to affect the profile we just got for N4.
Phew. Love my American dudes! But that makes sense and at least all the sculpts, even if they stop selling them, all look great and fit with the new models.
