I apologize for this being less of a rules question and more of a sanity check relating to the existence of a rule I can't find. Is there any rule that allows the second player to begin the game with Assisted Fire on one of their remotes in a similar vein to a troop with an EVO Hacking Device deploying a GADGET-EVO Supportware with a command token?
