    It is time to announce Moscow Sattelite. February 23-24

    Basicly, 300 pts, SoF, 50 spots for now (we are thinking about 60 spots, it's matter of how many terrain we can find, because place can contain up to 100 players tournament), paint contest, cosplay contest, maybe Aristeia tournament
