So Antipersonnel Mines are pretty straight forward - they don't trigger when friendlies would be affected because they can hurt them. However, Cybermines can only affect Hackers and Hackable targets. Do my non-hackable troops prevent a Cybermine from detonating if they would be inside the blast template? Even though they are completely immune to its effects?
The CyberMine rules don't contain any exceptions to the trigger cancellation parts of the Mine rules.
