Great job. Considering the quality level of CB designers, I'm surprised they make contrast mistakes. If CB is in the neighborhood, there are several theories on the understanding of colors and contrasts (sources in spoiler), according to the theory of Paul Arthur and Romedi Passin, the readability of blue on red is 13, in this theory you need a score of at least 70 for it to be readable. It is the same in the army app, where the profiles of the O12 are not very readable (white on yellow) which have a score of 16, same for some titles and subtitles in books.. Considering the quality of whoever laid out the rulebooks and made most of the example graphics for N3, HS, N4, C1 and stuff for Defiance, I'm absolutely not surprised, they make basic DTP and coloring mistakes all over the place. Only Aristeia stuff seems to be above the others, looks like an independently sourced job. Too professional for having been done in-house by CB.
Hm... now that you mentioned that reinforcement counter - the whole panel could be a bunch of magnetized dials, like the ones for infinity. Pretty sure there will be enough space for all the info.
