When you score a crit, does the additonal damage/wound roll get modifiers like AP or Plasma or E/M?

Critical rules say the extra roll gets the Traits of the weapon, but AP's ARM/2 rule or Plasma's ARM+BTS rule are listed under the "SR:Attribute" section, not the Trait section...

But then what "Traits" do carry over? Anti-Material...?

The rules for criticals says you keep the weapon's saving roll attribute (ARM or BTS, including the halving from AP ammo as that shows up under the saving roll attribute) and the weapon's Traits. Each weapon has a Traits section in their statline, and this includes things like Anti-Material. Combined Saving Roll (pg 67) says that weapons that target both BTS and ARM use ARM for the bonus roll that comes from crits.

    I might add that there
Just for the sake of completeness I might add that this rule also has it's exception, namely the Continuous Damage Trait:
