Crew redistribution

    couple of question regarding this phase:
    • Every Character is affected to a ship area at the end of the mission to grant a effet until the end of each mission; Won't it be more logical to play the crew redistribution at the START of next game to gain the effect on this game instead of having to note it down somewhere to remember latter?
    • if i play rahman or trishala can i grant my team a Medecine/ingenier roll despite being on the board game instead of on board of Defiance to support/heal my team?
    • Currently as there isn't several choice for each post/effect the only time a character can't grant his team an Effect is when he is Removed from play due to too many consequences?

    1. We usually play it like that - mission ends we check how much we earned, check loot, buy gear/speciality, write it down and next time start as if we just ended mission (keeping in mind previous info). I think it is much easier to keep track of things that way.
    2. From what I understand - going on a mission and crew redistribution are 2 separate parts. You can always assign them to Medbay/Workshop, they just won't be able to heal themselves since they don't rest in quarters.
    3. From what I understand (p.42 rulebook) Character cannot die and will act normal on midmission part on the Defiance. He just cant go on the mission until recovers consequences. (Oh, but what about mission 9 when all 6 characters take part??? That's a good question!)
