Q: Can you spend a Regular Order on a Fireteam member to activate that trooper and leave the Fireteam?
A: No. You cannnot activate individual Fireteam members with a Regular Order, so you would need to cancel the Fireteam or create a new Fireteam without that trooper.

Q: Can a Fireteam be part of a Coordinated Order?
A: No. If any member of the Fireteam is part of a Coordinated Order would no longer be part of Fireteam automatically, losing the Bonus.

So Can I declare Coordinated order with 2 members and 2 other of fireteam Core to put them into Suppresive fire mode? I would like to be 100%sure.

Yes, cause the coordinated order cancels the fireteam status for this member.

Other Question. How can I willful cancel a Fireteam other than using ZOC?

    • The Fireteam can be cancelled voluntarily by the player, with no expenditure of Orders or Command Tokens

You can just say "This Fireteam breaks" and cancel whole link.

And you can do that at every moment of the game (so for example after your turn started but before order count).
