Coordinated AD: Combat Jump vs ITS X Landing Assistance

Now, question stands - does Combat Jumps and Coordinated Orders require a Drop Zone (Circural Template) or not in ITS X? Can multiple Troops be dropped into multiple locations on the board with a Coordinated Order?

The question arise from

Will not need when combat jumping, BUT Coordinated Order requuires them to use the same Drop Zone - thus they MUST USE the template to represent the Drop Zone in order to be able to make a Coordinated landing...

Is this correct? What is the CB's intention behind ITS X? @HellLois do you allow to drop onto multiple locations on the board, treating entire board as a Drop Zone or not?
