Can you Combat Jump into/onto a White Noise Zone,
even if the jumping Troop doesn't have a MSV?

I think it's the same as
Can you Combat Jump into/onto a Smoke Zone,
if the jumping Troop does have a MSV-1/-2/-3?

    Effects
    • A White Noise Zone acts as a Zero Visibility Zone, but only for troopers equipped with a Multispectral Visor of any Level, or any other piece of Equipment that specifies the same.
Visibility Conditions and AD: Combat Jump
You cannot use AD: Combat Jump nor place the Landing Zone Template inside of, or in contact with, an area with Low, Poor, or Zero Visibility Conditions.

White Noise only acts as a Zero Visibility Zone for multispectral visor equipped troopers. It is not a Zero Visibility Zone.

So you can jump into it, even with a MSV?

Normal and MSV1 models cannot drop in a Smoke zone as it is a ZVZ for them. MSV2+ could.

MSV(any) models cannot drop in a White Noise zone as it is a ZVZ for them. Normal models could.

As long as the Jumping Trooper does not posses a MSV of any lvl it can jump into white noise zones, as it is no Visibility Zone for that trooper (Sorry Ko Dali ).
But Trooper with MSV of anly lvl cannot jump into Smoke, as it still counts as Zero Visibility Zone for them, Lvl 2-3 only are allowed to draw LoF through it and ignore the -6 mod for shooting.

    So....

    1.) MSV-1/-2/-3 + WhiteNoise = no
    2.) no MSV + WhiteNoise = yes
    3.) no MSV/MSV-1 + Smoke = no
    4.) MSV-2/-3 + Smoke = no
    5.) Nimbus = no

Point 5 is new but seems obvious to me,
but Point 4 is still uncertain.

    Point 4 is a technicality.

MSV2+ does not allow the trooper to regard the Zero Visibility Zone as a clear area, it only reduces all MOD penalties to 0 and allows LOF to be drawn through the zone. I.e. in programming terms it's still a ZVZ, but all the effects of the function have been commented out.
