Does Climbing Plus allows the model to move in any direction on Vertical Surface, other then Up and down? Can I change my trajectory, while using this skill ? To move horizontally on vertical surface? If Yes - Why? If No - Why?
Yes, because the rule says: Climbing Plus allows the user to move along vertical surfaces as if executing a normal Movement on horizontal ground.
I started playing Infinity with Nomads not terribly long ago, and so figuring out how Climb Plus worked was one of my earliest rules conundrums. The way I think about it is this (and this is a little different in logic from the RAW, but the effect is consistent with the rules as far as I am aware): There are two types of surfaces in Infinity, Horizontal and Vertical. Moving on a Vertical surface requires the Climb Skill. With Climb Plus, you don’t actually use the Climb skill, because you treat all Vertical surfaces as Horizontal. Your movement doesn’t need to stop at a Vertical surface. You don’t need to declare a new skill. You simply follow all of the normal movement rules. That said, a Vertical surface is still Vertical, even if you are treating it AS Horizontal for the purposes of movement. So you can’t get Partial Cover while on a Vertical Surface. Because you are not using the Climb skill, you can still ARO and declare skills other than Climb while on a Vertical surface. Note that there are instances in which a G:Synch model does NOT have Climb Plus, e.g. a Lunokhod with CrazyKoalas. Keep that in mind when using Climb Plus. The Koalas can’t just follow you up the wall. They must declare the same skills as The Lunokhod, but they must also follow the normal rules for moving on a Vertical surface. Find them a ladder, or keep them on the ground within 8”.
