I have deployed my crocman in normal camo state.
If I want to move him later do I have to recamo to switch to TO camo, or do I just say that I take the higher level of camuflage and proceed to move as a to Marker?

TO camo and normal camo are two different states with NFB. This means you can only benefit from one or the other in the same order and you need to spend an entire order skill to make the switch. Spending this order will break camouflage and reveal your trooper immediately, only regaining TO camo at end of order.

Yep, there's no defined way to from Camouflage to TO:Camouflage or vice versa.
You can voluntarily cancel either one, but that reveals the figure even if you immediately declare that you reactivate camo because the cancellation of Camouflage or TO Camouflage takes effect for the entire order:

    • The cancellation of Camouflaged state is applied to the whole declared Order. So, if a Camouflaged trooper declares a Move + BS Attack Order, he will be considered discovered all along his Movement, even if the BS Attack would be performed at the end of that Movement.
The bullet point talks about Move, but the same principle applies to just voluntarily turning off Camouflaged.
