CHA camo spam list

What is the list trying to do? Are you playing a particular scenario?

 

I feel like a Grey HMG is never amiss. He brings a lot to the list. But otherwise, I like the premise and execution of what you've got going on here. SAS and Scots Guard always struck me as underappreciated.

I agree a Grey HMG is worth taking, it is almost the primary reason to have a Volunteer link.

So I'm thinking that you'll want a doc and an FO in case of Classifieds, but other than that specialists are probably not a useful investment for something like Frontline in this faction.

Group 2 is basically going to be held in reserve, and/or set up for ARO/long shots with the Cateran and the Scot ML. The Camo allows them to deploy on a fire lane and still maintain decent survivability, especially if you can keep them towards the very back of the board (terrain dependent obviously). I would use the two SMG Scots as flank guards and backup ARM crackers, and the doc just hangs out and waits to see if he's needed.

Group 1 is your offense, starting with Uxia. With an LT in your link, you don't want to be too aggressive right off the bat with it, let Uxia go ham first round and see what hidden threats you can flush out while she does some damage. If anything nasty shows up that Uxia can't handle, either the camo Molotok or the link should be decently equipped to take it out, depending on what you're looking at.

Isobel in the link gives you a very nasty option for the HMG's dead zone range, and technically she's also a specialist, just in case, but I really like her for her T2 ammo and Flash Pulse for longer range AROs. If you run up against heavies/TAGs, the E/Maulers can also really make them pause. On top of that, you have a D-Charge option, since you opted for the MSV Uxia. (Though, to be honest, I normally prefer to just use the 27 point Uxia, she's very well rounded and doesn't really need the MSV IMO.)

 

Oh I see! When I think "camo spam" I go to "blank courtesy list", not just multiple camo markers.

So if you were just playing a fun list to prove a point about camo in CHA, I'd do something like this, just to see the look on your friend's face ;)

Personally im not a fan. Your scoring is limited and your ranged agression is poor.

Look to getting 2 sas FOs to pair with uxia and then the crap. You probably want two caterans as well and the scots guard smg camo troops are probably the last unit to put in after youve maxed ava on the others as they lack the fo skill
