Is there any recourse within the rules for a CC model and someone being on a box, or 1mm away from a ledge etc, so you cannot CC them? Happened several times now and it's a pretty big NPE for me so would like to see if there are any rules in the game to bypass it. Cheers
It usually means they are in a position you can see them from if they are attempting to block ladders or the like, which is a risk in of itself for getting shot by something you really don't want to get shot by.
If there's a ladder up to a building with a parapet, they can be prone on the roof near the ladder, and prevent you from climbing it, while being safe from any sort of attack.
