The ITS PDF says 'The Closed Battle Lists can be found at the downloads section at the Infinity webpage.' and the Yuandun CBLs are there, so I can't see why not.
Not that anyone was using them, but since the Blizzard forces were in the ITS9 document, and not separately, what about those?
I would assume not, as it (the CBL) isn't available as it's own document in the downloads section and the ITS9 doc is overridden by the ITS X. I get the feeling Blizzard is done because it was a season reward for performance in the previous BoW campaign. Makes sense that they'd only keep 1 or 2 in circulation at any time.
