Why is there no FO profile for the Brawlers? I don't think that that would be against the lore/fluff, or imbalanced or anfair, but quite the contrary: Besides JSA all NA2 factions have access to them, and with ITS XI and the need for a Liaison Officer, that would give us a nice new option for that. Especially for Spiral, who have only one option for the LO...
I ask the same can be told about the brawler cores and the spec ops in some of the NA2. Every faction can have their spec ops in a core, but some NA2 cannot with their brawlers.
I don't typically find I need a Brawler FO. Foreign Company is the only place I would want one and the Brawler is only AVA 1 there, if I take one, it's the MSV2 sniper.
Fluffwise, Brawlers are all the worthless people (like me) who apparently have no value outside of their skill with a firearm. Lots of discipline cases that got kicked out of the military among them, and those don't make good artillery spotters.
Except in StarCo where they're Wildcats on furlough. Which explains why they don't have an FO: Wildcats don't.
Really, which book is that in? They have such different stats, is there a reason they didn't just put Wildcats into StarCo?
Yes, Uprising (p. 75). My phrasing was meant to be comedicially hyperbolic, because most people know that they're not all Wildcats... some of them are Intruders ;).* Because that would be CJC. * It's also a bit of an in joke, I use my Wildcats + Intruders as Brawlers when I play StarCo.
Well, as they got all other specialist profiles, and even a lieutenant, I guess it's not that bad. Of course, a WIP 12 specialist (or Lt) of any kind isn't great, but better than nothing. And hey, giving us a Brawler FO profile is a chance for CB to create another LE brawler sculpt!
Legit just want a brawler spec ops model with hacker bits + whatever. Red Fury maybe. They’d probably do pretty good numbers with that one.
