Mirrorball works quite different in N4 having become a fully fledged weapon(?) and I'm trying to understand how it works. If 1) a model moves in my ZOC during an order and 2) I never draw LOF, can I still ARO with an Eclipse Template anywhere in my ZOC ? This seems vastly different and more powerful than how regular smoke grenades work.

Yes, you can. That’s what the No LoF Trait does.

Can Mirrorball be used as a FtF to block attacks like smoke or eclipse grenades since it has the ammo type listed? I note that White Noise still cannot be used as a FtF against models with visors.

Yes, that’s a property of Eclipse Ammunition. Although it’s slightly worse then using an Eclipse Grenade due to no positive range band.
