"Camouflage Markers (CAMO) retain the Silhouette (S) values printed on their troop profiles." So if a Caliban is deployed in camo with a prone marker next to it, would I tell my opponent: A - its a S0 camo marker B - it's a S2 camo marker that is prone Likewise, if I had a seed embryo deployed in camo with a prone marker next to it, would I tell my opponent: A - it's a S0 camo marker B - it's a S0 camo marker that is prone important because it would potentially reveal which camo markers are seed embryos and which are prone troopers.
A trooper in the Prone state has their Silhouette value replaced with 0. A Camo Marker with a Prone Marker next to it is for all intents and purposes S0. What Silhouette value it gets if Prone is cancelled is neither here nor there as far as Open Information is concerned.
The new Seed Soldiers profile is only available electronically so if you're using the PDF or army builder for reference they don't have a printed profile.
It's still printed in the PDF file. Just like you still wrote your post even though you most likely used a keyboard.
