While I know that Fatality did not apply to template attacks in N3, does the trait BS Attack (+2 Damage) apply for direct templates Code One (and thus N4?) I looked through the rules and cannot find anything saying that this is not the case. Am I correct and Agent Dukash has a Strength 15 Nanopulsar?
Fatality, and any restrictions it had, don’t exist in CodeOne. Any unit with BS Attack (+2 Damage) will add 2 to the Damage of any BS Attack they make, period.
Yes. It applies in ARO. Burst Modifiers only apply in the active turn (With the exception of Neurocinetics)
