There are two REMs with Repeaters, one with Deployable Repeaters, three Forward Observers, and two Core-linked WIP 14 hackers to Spotlight.

The idea here is to inflict as much Targeted as possible, and use Coordinated Orders to declare BS Attack (Guided) with the array of three Guided missile launchers in Group 2. If you have the Lu Duan in position, it can join as a fourth combatant making a regular BS Attack with its Mk12.

If you'd rather Coordinate some Speculative Attacks, Maggie can be moved into Group 2 in an alternate list, along with the other REMs to give Group 2 more Orders for Maggie to use in general.

The good thing about Coordinated Orders is that you're able to designate different target points, and the spread of different missile platforms means that you may be able to point a given munition at a target that's more susceptible to it—the Katyusha is DAM 14 DA, the regular ML will be DAM 14 AP+EXP, and the Uragan will be DAM 15 AP+Shock. If you're Coordinating a BS Attack, designate the Uragan as the spearhead so it gets B2.

Oh, and there's McMurrough if you just want to smoke him up the board and follow with the Lu Duan for smoke and MSV shenanigans.

Note: I'm not really sure whether a Coordinated Order of three BS Attack (Guided) units counts as one Guided BS Attack or three for the purposes of the cap of five such attacks per player turn. You may be limited to just doing one of those per turn, then using two regular orders to declare two more single Guided attacks to round the turn out. That still leaves you with two Regular Orders for your Lu Duan to do stuff with. In later game rounds, you may want to just stick the missile REMs out to ARO and use their orders to fuel a push with the Lu Duan.

 

Here's an alternative list built for coordinating Grenade, Guided Missile, and Guided Rocket attacks using any four out of five possible attackers and Coordinated Order: Speculative Attack.

This one's weaker to hacking, but sending McMurder out to try and alpha any enemy hackers off the table could potentially solve that problem, as might a swap that replaces the ABH with a Bashi Bazouk.
