This will be 4th round of my local Escalation League at 200 pts (Kill Points and 2 Classified Objectives) and my first encounter with Advanced Rules and Objectives. So far I used Moderator Fireteam with MULTI Sniper, Prowler, Zero and Morlocks with different degrees of success. I've got Reverand Custodier in the mail I'm looking forward to use. I had some trouble with MSV +Camo long range pieces and Senor Massacre in a link wrecked me. I don't know what I'll be facing. Can you help me make a 200 pts Bakunin list and give me some general advice?

    This is mostly still relevant.
    http://infinitytheforums.com/forum/topic/42591-starting-bakunin-via-slow-grow/

Edit: context, that thread is an ongoing conversation between myself and kanhead when we'd both started playing Bakunin in Slow Grows / Escalation. Playing very similar lists to the ones you described. It overlapped the introduction of HSN3 but other than the introduction of Taskmasters (which can be excellent in smaller lists), not much fundamentally changed.

If it's not too late I'd add my thoughts.
Apparently the mission can be won without too much face to face interaction i.e. shooting each other into pieces. A good tactic would be to spread your points as much as necessary (which forces your opponent to spend more orders to kill enough army points) whilst putting your focus on fulfilling the classified objectives which will cost you at its best two orders for a four Mission Point gain. After that feel free to kill (ideally with Speculative Fire and/or Guided Ammunition but a Spitfire Prowler will be good enough too:grin:).

If you put a Daktari, a Clockmaker, a Hacking Device (or AHD or HD+) and a Veteran/Elite Trooper in your list you can already fulfill all classified objectives.
Formed into a list that idea could look like this:
    [IMG] Jurisdictional Command of Bakunin
    ──────────────────────────────────────────────────

    GROUP 1[IMG] [IMG] [IMG]9 [IMG]1 [IMG]1
[IMG] DAKTARI Combi Rifle / Pistol, Knife. (0 | 14)
[IMG] MODERATOR MULTI Sniper Rifle / Pistol, Electric Pulse. (1.5 | 17)
[IMG] MODERATOR Combi Rifle + Light Grenade Launcher / Pistol, Electric Pulse. (0.5 | 13)

[IMG] MORLOCK Chain Rifle, Smoke Grenades / Assault Pistol, AP CCW. (0 | 8)
    [IMG] PROWLER Boarding Shotgun, Grenades, D-Charges / Pistol, CCW. (0 | 31)
[IMG] ZERO Hacker (Assault Hacking Device) Combi Rifle, Antipersonnel Mines / Pistol, Knife. (0.5 | 24)
[IMG] ZERO (Deployable Repeater) Combi Rifle, E/Mauler / Pistol, Knife. (0 | 19)

[IMG] MORLOCK Chain Rifle, Smoke Grenades / Assault Pistol, AP CCW. (0 | 8)

I did add the Morlocks since these are generally the troops with the best kills to invested points ratio in the game :)

Thing is I don't own any Zonds or Bots :/
This is what I came up with:
    [IMG] Jurisdictional Command of Bakunin
    ──────────────────────────────────────────────────

    GROUP 1[IMG] [IMG] [IMG]10
[IMG] MODERATOR MULTI Sniper Rifle / Pistol, Electric Pulse. (1.5 | 17)
[IMG] MODERATOR Combi Rifle / Pistol, Electric Pulse. (0 | 9)
[IMG] MODERATOR Combi Rifle / Pistol, Electric Pulse. (0 | 9)
[IMG] MODERATOR Combi Rifle / Pistol, Electric Pulse. (0 | 9)
[IMG] MODERATOR Combi Rifle / Pistol, Electric Pulse. (0 | 9)
[IMG] DAKTARI Combi Rifle / Pistol, Knife. (0 | 14)
    [IMG] PROWLER Spitfire, D-Charges / Pistol, CCW. (2 | 36)
[IMG] REVEREND CUSTODIER Hacker (Hacking Device Plus) Lieutenant Combi Rifle + Pitcher / Pistol, Knife. (0.5 | 34)
[IMG] ZERO Combi Rifle, Antipersonnel Mines / Pistol, Knife. (0 | 18)
[IMG] ZERO (Deployable Repeater) Combi Rifle, E/Mauler / Pistol, Knife. (0 | 19)

    GROUP 2[IMG] [IMG] [IMG]4 [IMG]4
[IMG] MORLOCK Chain Rifle, Smoke Grenades / Pistol, DA CCW. (0 | 6)
[IMG] MORLOCK Chain Rifle, Smoke Grenades / Pistol, DA CCW. (0 | 6)
[IMG] MORLOCK Chain Rifle, Smoke Grenades / Pistol, DA CCW. (0 | 6)
[IMG] MORLOCK Chain Rifle, Smoke Grenades / Assault Pistol, AP CCW. (0 | 8)

    4 SWC | 200 Points

I plan to ignore Engineering objectives all together. Other idea was to drop 2 Morlocks and a Zero to add Prowler Specialist to have a access to Engineer, but that doesn't seem like a good idea.

That's absolutely playable. I'd plan on using command tokens to shift at least some of those Morlocks across to the main group after you start taking casualties. I always find that I want the option to spend regular orders on Morlocks.

I'd highly recommend Zonds as your next purchase. This is an extremely easy 250pt upgrade of what you have (I'm assuming you have Catgirl Daktari, in which case buy the Dark Sun operative as your Clockmaker and proxy something as Zondbots):

[IMG] DAKTARI Combi Rifle / Pistol, Knife. (0 | 14)
    [IMG] PROWLER Spitfire, D-Charges / Pistol, CCW. (2 | 36)
[IMG] REVEREND CUSTODIER Hacker (Hacking Device Plus) Lieutenant Combi Rifle + Pitcher / Pistol, Knife. (0.5 | 34)
[IMG] REAKTION ZOND HMG / Electric Pulse. (1 | 26)

I was reluctant to put Morlocks in their own group, but I felt like all other pieces needed more then one Order to do stuff. I read on Command Tokens and saw that Irregular to Regular order stuff and I'm planning on using it. I'm waiting on new Zoe with Pi-Well and I don't belive I'll be making any purchases before her, I'll just have to live with what I got ^^'

You can always use some proxies. In the picuture you can see my selfmade zondbot proxy i´ve used until i bought the support box. Depending on your meta do accept such crazy things for beginners. If you don´t like the original support box, you can also use s1 bots from different factions or Crazy Koalas/ Fastpandas and so on. Same for Zonds, if you don´t like the original nomad remotes you could proxy from different factions as long as the units have the same silouette and represent the Unit Type (REM)

As for your intial post.I´d advise to use some minelaying agains Senor Massacre in a link.
In general, use template weapons against links (chainrifle, flamethrowers, mines)

Also read up on suppression fire. Zeros in this state are literally roadblocks. You can also use a command token to distribute the supressionfire state for up to 4 units.

Advice on hacking. Your best friends are the programs Oblivion (Isolate on HD+ - Rev. Custodier) and Redrum (Damage on KHD Zeros - Killerhacker). If you use your Rev. Custodier as your Lt. you should always back her up with 1 Killerhacking device against enemy hackers. otherwise she´s vunerable.

MSV is your weakpoint. But it can be easily counterd by the hacking program White Noise. Check it out and see how it works as an Zero Visibility zones for MSV Troops.

Yeah, don't do that. Morlocks need regular orders to shine otherwise you turn them into smoke tossing idiots wasting your command tokens whilst cannibalising themselves. And with your current list layout you have to wait until a valuable member of CG 1 dies to use a Morlock extensively or you have to spend two CTs. None of these options sound good to me.

Specialist Operative doesn't give a trooper the Engineer skill so the Spitfire Prowler is already a good choice.

I agree to a point. 1 or 2 morlock need regular orders. When you have 4 or 8 of them, the extra ones will be happy being smoke-tossing zombies that dodge a bit forward every time they see something afar :D

I don't think you'll actually use all 3 camo, so one of them could sit in the second group pretending to be a mine. I agree about engineer classified. Engineer HVT was replaced by Kidnap HVT (only for current ITS9 season), repair a model won't work as you don't have any REM, and D-Charges can already be done with the Prowler (event if he's not engineer).

Can I ARO Redrum if target of my opponent's Hacking is inside of my KHD's ZoC? Or if opponent is inside of Repeater range?

But Specialist Operative can be used for Engineer HVT Objectives, right?

Where can I find Kidnap Objectives?

    How does this look?

No, Specialist Operative only enables a trooper to fulfill the normal (open) mission objectives (that engineering stuff is a relic of the 2nd edition I'd assume).

HVT: Retroengineering (Card #1-4) is in Season 9 HVT: Kidnapping. --> Veteran / Elite Troop or ChOC trooper have to be in the CivEvac state with the enemy's HVT at the end of the game.
In your case the Prowler and the Rev. Custodier are able to fulfill that Classified Objective.

And in regard of Redrum ARO: If the enemy active Hacker is either in your Repeater's ZOC or in your Killer Hacker's ZOC you can ARO since both are your hacker's Hacking Area. Also ARO hacking is allowed if your (Killer)Hacker is inside the enemy reperater's ZOC.

Your list looks good I'd only put the Assault Pistol Morlock in the 1st CG.

I did the Kill Points +2 Classified Objective 200 pts game with mixed success (for some reason I killed my Prowler with a really absurd plays). Here's what I was thinking for a 250 pts list:

    [IMG] Jurisdictional Command of Bakunin

    GROUP 1[IMG] [IMG] [IMG]10
[IMG] MODERATOR MULTI Sniper Rifle / Pistol, Electric Pulse. (1.5 | 17)

[IMG] MODERATOR Combi Rifle / Pistol, Electric Pulse. (0 | 9)
[IMG] MODERATOR Combi Rifle / Pistol, Electric Pulse. (0 | 9)
[IMG] MODERATOR Combi Rifle / Pistol, Electric Pulse. (0 | 9)
[IMG] DAKTARI Combi Rifle / Pistol, Knife. (0 | 14)
[IMG] REVEREND CUSTODIER Hacker (Hacking Device Plus) Lieutenant Combi Rifle + Pitcher / Pistol, Knife. (0.5 | 34)
    [IMG] PROWLER Spitfire, D-Charges / Pistol, CCW. (2 | 36)
[IMG] ZERO Hacker (Killer Hacking Device) Combi Rifle, Antipersonnel Mines / Pistol, Knife. (0 | 21)
[IMG] VORTEX Spec-Ops (12 XP) (WIP:15, Doctor, Hyper-Dynamics L1, Hacking Device) Combi Rifle / Pistol, Electric Pulse, EXP CC Weapon. (0 | 9)

    GROUP 2[IMG] [IMG] [IMG]3 [IMG]2 [IMG]2
    [IMG] SIN-EATER Mk12 / Pistol, CCW. (0 | 30)
[IMG] ZERO (Deployable Repeater) Combi Rifle, E/Mauler / Pistol, Knife. (0 | 19)
[IMG] ZERO Combi Rifle, Antipersonnel Mines / Pistol, Knife. (0 | 18)
[IMG] MORLOCK Chain Rifle, Smoke Grenades / Pistol, DA CCW. (0 | 6)
[IMG] MORLOCK Chain Rifle, Smoke Grenades / Pistol, DA CCW. (0 | 6)

    4.5 SWC | 250 Points

That's pretty much all the models I currently own. Only room for change is that Spec-Ops. He will act as a reserve Objective taker. I plan on dropping the Engineer Objectives all together. Should I maybe exchange the Spec-Ops to add one more Morlock and Zero upgrade to Minelayer?
The game is 2 Classified Objectives with Kill Points. I'll be facing either a Morat Aggression Force, a F.R.R. Merovingenne or a Imperial Service.

If you're planning to use the spec ops as a go forward button pusher I highly recommend NWI. With the Shock Immunity that's a free second wound. IIRC you can do NWI, DR and +1WIP.

    Otherwise the list looks good.

Specops are not freely used, the event needs to have "Specops" feature enabled, and in your case wont be used due to League rules.

As soon as you reach a decent size (250+) get some Ubers in there. The first time I ran my Ubers was in my second game, and I didnt even know what I was doing, and it was only a 150 points game, but they wrecked face.
Ubers are insanely good, and I always advise the use of them. They can block the enemies line of fire with Zero Visibility smoke, strike from unexpected angles with Climbing Plus and a 6-4 move, clear mines and dodge flamethrowers on 21's and hit like a juggernaut in close combat with a potential 4 attacks backed up by Natural Born Warrior and I-Kohl, with a CC 22 Viral weapon (or CC 19 DA if you use the Pupnik instead). Oh, and when they dodge they move 3" closer to the enemy.

IMO Ubers are tied for the strongest Nomads unit. Take a lot of skill though.

That is their old profile, they have been reduced to Hyper Dyn L2, so they dodge flamethrower at 19 (and mines at 16).

    *miss the 16*
Damn one point down the drain.

They literally cost less than mines.
